Customize your commute benefits package

Luum supports employers who want to define and manage benefits eligibility for employees. Employers may want to use roster-driven eligibility to offer different benefits packages to various groups of employees within their organization.

With the Luum platform, admin editable eligibility can be used when the general employee population is eligible for certain benefits, but there are exceptions that can be managed individually, such as the different benefits offered to a full-time employee versus a part-time employee or contracted employee. Some of the eligibility-enabled benefits that can be configured include daily parking charges, commute bonuses, Guaranteed Ride Home, Luum parking reservations, pre-tax like Expenses and Luum monthly elections benefits, transit card assignments, and parking applications.
