How SHIFT Works
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is launching MTC SHIFT to move more people in fewer cars. Through this program, we aim to engage and partner directly with large employers to equip them with a commute management tool to manage their employees’ commutes.
MTC SHIFT will:
- Connect employers with a commute management platform that fits their needs
- Fund employers 75% of the software subscriptions for up to 36 months
- Support employers seeking to lower drive-alone rates within their organization
