Luum helps companies get employees to commute another way

You could say it was Luum’s customers that chose its business model, not the company’s founders.
CEO Sohier Hall, Chief Technology Officer Tyler Simpson and Chief Architect Matt Hall — all former Microsoft employees — founded Luum in 2012 as a platform for challenging employees to do good things: donate blood, participate in a food drive or take shorter showers on National Water Conservation Day.
