What to expect
Our interview process is currently entirely virtual. Luum is closely following the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) guidelines, and we shifted all in-person interviews to virtual interviews until further notice. Here is an overview of what our typical interview process looks like. The steps may vary depending on the role you are interviewing for, but your Recruiter will keep you updated on next steps.
- The first interview is a 30-minute phone screen with a Recruiter to get to know you and provide an overview of the company and role.
- If selected to move forward, you’ll meet with the hiring manager for a deeper dive into the specifics of the role.
- After that, selected candidates move on to the interview loops. Here you’ll have the chance to meet with a few people like the Hiring Manager, potential teammates, and members of other cross-functional teams in either a one-on-one or panel setting.
